1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an Edgewire account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to place wagers in your country of residence. Edgewire is not available where online betting is prohibited.
3. Account & KYC
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration and KYC verification. We may suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification, provide false information, or are linked to fraudulent activity.
4. AI Robot & manual betting
The Edgewire AI Robot places bets on your behalf based on the configuration you select (bankroll, risk level, sports, stop-loss). You acknowledge that all betting carries risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You remain solely responsible for every bet placed from your account, whether by the Robot or manually.
5. Bankroll & wallet
Funds deposited into your Edgewire wallet are used exclusively for placing bets and paying applicable fees. Withdrawals are subject to KYC approval, anti-money-laundering checks and the rules of the underlying bookmakers. We do not guarantee any specific return.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Edgewire to launder funds, place bets on events you have inside information about, share accounts, automate scraping of our service, or violate the terms of any connected bookmaker.
7. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages (bookmakers, data feeds, payment rails) and force majeure events may impact the Robot.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edgewire is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including losses from bets placed by the AI Robot, missed bets, odds changes, or third-party bookmaker actions.
9. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
